What we collect

We collect your email, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, consent timestamp, and the birth profile needed to compute a horoscope: date, local time, timezone, place label, latitude, longitude, and time accuracy.

Why we collect it

We use this data to verify paid access, calculate your chart, and send personalized daily AstroV1 editions by email.

Processors

Stripe processes payments. Brevo sends transactional emails. Hetzner hosts the prototype backend and subscriber database. Cloudflare may host the public website and DNS.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your subscriber data. Deletion removes the subscriber row, birth profile, cached chart files, and layer cache where applicable. Stripe subscription cancellation may be handled through Stripe Customer Portal or support during the prototype.

Retention

We keep active subscriber records while the service is active and retain only minimal operational records after cancellation where required for accounting or fraud prevention.
